Booking forms, hire conditions and other documents
Booking Form for the Centre to be completed by the Hirer with details of the event (including date and time and type of event); and details of Hirer and contact details.
The Form should be given to the Booking Secretary who will confirm the booking.
All Hirers shall comply with the Conditions of Hire,
The Emergency Plan provides details of actions to be taken in an emergency together with Emergency Contact Numbers.
The Plan doesn’t detail all actions to be taken but does form a basis for actions.
